Mr. Ma graduated from Shandong University with an LLM degree. He was a judge from 2003 to 2016 and focused on financial lending, insuance, negotiable instrument and international dispute resolution. He handled over 1000 cases and participated in about 3000 cases and accumulated abundant experience in judicial practice. He is now a member of Qingdao Arbitration Committee.
