2026年4月10日，巴西律师协会里约热内卢分会巴西-中国关系国家委员会（CERBC）代表团到访北京恒都律师事务所。双方就中巴经贸合作背景下的跨境法律服务、企业出海法律保障及未来合作方向进行了深入交流。恒都律师事务所国际业务部相关律师参与接待，双方在友好务实的氛围中达成多项合作共识。
On April 10, 2026，the Brazil-China Relations National Committee (CERBC) of the Rio de Janeiro Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association visited Beijing Hengdu Law Firm. The two sides held in-depth discussions on cross-border legal services, legal safeguards for corporate globalization, and future directions for cooperation against the backdrop of growing China-Brazil economic and trade ties. Lawyers from Hengdu's International Business Department participated in the meeting, and multiple areas of cooperation were agreed upon in a friendly and pragmatic atmosphere.
本次来访的巴西代表团成员包括：CERBC主席、Kincaid Law Offices合伙人Camila Mendes Vianna Cardoso，Castro Barros Law Offices合伙人Olympio Carvalho，Kincaid Law Offices律师Frederico Mendes Vianna Fragelli Cardoso及Matheus Maro Vieira Soares，以及CERBC成员Maria Luisa Malta与Renato Peneluppi。代表团成员均在跨境投资、海事海商、公司治理及争议解决等领域拥有丰富的实务经验，长期致力于推动中巴法律界的交流与合作。
The visiting Brazilian delegation included: Camila Mendes Vianna Cardoso, President of CERBC and Partner at Kincaid Law Offices; Olympio Carvalho, Partner at Castro Barros Law Offices; lawyers Frederico Mendes Vianna Fragelli Cardoso and Matheus Maro Vieira Soares from Kincaid Law Offices; as well as CERBC members Maria Luisa Malta and Renato Peneluppi. The delegation members bring extensive practical experience in cross-border investment, maritime law, corporate governance, and dispute resolution, and have long been committed to promoting legal exchange and cooperation between China and Brazil.

Kefei Shi, the head of Hengdu Cross-border Committee began by introducing the firm's development history and business landscape. As a full-service law firm with nearly 2,000 practicing lawyers, Hengdu operates in core practice areas including capital markets, corporate M&A, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. In recent years, the firm has steadily strengthened its cross-border legal service capabilities, establishing overseas cooperation offices across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Oceania, with Brazil serving as a key node.
座谈交流环节，双方围绕中国企业出海巴西面临的法律挑战与机遇展开了深入探讨。巴西代表团成员重点介绍了当前巴西的投资环境与法律实务特点。他们指出，巴西联邦、州、市三级立法体系较为复杂，外资准入限制因行业而异，劳动法保护力度强，税务合规要求严格，中国企业在进入巴西市场前，亟需熟悉当地规则的专业法律团队提供全面支持。
During the panel discussion, the two sides engaged in an in-depth dialogue on the legal challenges and opportunities facing Chinese companies expanding into Brazil. The Brazilian delegation highlighted the current investment environment and legal practice characteristics in Brazil. They noted that Brazil's three-tier legislative system (federal, state, and municipal) is relatively complex, foreign investment restrictions vary by industry, labor laws offer strong protections, and tax compliance requirements are stringent. As such, Chinese companies entering the Brazilian market urgently need support from professional legal teams familiar with local regulations.
Camila Mendes Vianna Cardoso主席特别分享了其在海事海商法、企业法、税务海关、油气能源、基础设施及争议解决等领域的专业优势。Olympio Carvalho则介绍了其在公司法、企业并购、资本市场及能源矿业领域的深厚积淀，并分享了其团队在处理中巴跨境贸易纠纷方面的丰富经验。
President Camila Mendes Vianna Cardoso shared her expertise in maritime law, corporate law, tax and customs, oil and gas energy, infrastructure, and dispute resolution. Olympio Carvalho discussed his deep experience in corporate law, M&A, capital markets, and energy and mining, and shared insights from handling cross-border trade disputes between China and Brazil.
恒都参会律师结合自身服务中国企业出海的实务经验，就跨境架构设计、投资合规尽调、当地法律资源整合、劳动用工风险防范等话题与巴方进行了深入交流。双方一致认为，随着中巴经贸关系的持续深化，两国企业在能源、矿业、制造业、基础设施、数字经济等领域的合作空间不断扩大，法律服务的跨境协作需求正日益增长。
Hengdu lawyers, drawing on their own experience in assisting Chinese companies in going global, had an in-depth exchange with the Brazilian side on topics such as cross-border structuring, compliance due diligence for investments, integration of local legal resources, and labor risk management. Both sides agreed that as China-Brazil economic and trade relations continue to deepen, cooperation between companies in sectors such as energy, mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, and digital economy is expanding, and the demand for cross-border legal collaboration is growing steadily.
经过务实交流，双方在多个合作方向上达成初步共识。双方表示，将在信息共享、业务协作、客户互荐、联合培训等方面建立常态化沟通机制，共同为中巴两国企业的跨境发展提供高效、专业的一站式法律服务。
Following productive discussions, the two sides reached preliminary consensus on several areas of cooperation. Both agreed to establish regular communication mechanisms for information sharing, business collaboration, client referrals, and joint training, to jointly provide efficient, professional, one-stop legal services for companies from both countries engaging in cross-border activities.
史可飞律师表示，巴西是中国在拉美最重要的经贸合作伙伴，恒都愿与巴西律协及巴西本土律所携手，为中国企业出海巴西搭建专业桥梁，同时也为巴西企业来华投资提供全方位的法律支持。
Kefei Shi noted that Brazil is China's most important economic and trade partner in Latin America. Hengdu is committed to working hand in hand with the Brazilian Bar Association and local Brazilian law firms to build a professional bridge for Chinese companies going global in Brazil, while also providing comprehensive legal support for Brazilian companies investing in China.
巴西代表团对恒都律师事务所的专业能力与国际化布局表示高度认可，并邀请恒都律师适时回访巴西，进一步深化双方的务实合作。
The Brazilian delegation expressed strong recognition of Hengdu's professional capabilities and international presence, and extended an invitation for Hengdu lawyers to visit Brazil in due course to further deepen practical cooperation between the two sides.
